The first impression of any property forms the basis for its character. In the past canopies and door awnings have been manufactured with bulky materials which although they served there purpose did little or nothing for the appearance of the building.

Our new stainless steel door canopies and side panel blinds with protective aluminium edges have been designed to be strong and practical, but they also add a neat modern appearance to your home, shop, office,  warehouse or factory.

The door canopy range is offered in standard sizes 1500 , 1900 and 2700 mm x 900mm projection.

1500mm is the standard single door size.

1900mm is the standard size for French or sliding patio doors.

2700mm is used above windows instead of traditional awnings also on shops and commercial buildings but is also suitable as a domestic walkway or patio canopy.

House-owners can also choose between clear and frosted glass which looks even more luxurious. This design is also available in the colours blue and green as standard, with up to 20 different colour options by special order.

The 4mm thick acrylic glass sheet is completely weather and UV-resistant. As a whole the door canopies are very durable. A hidden rubber joint prevents rain water from finding its way above the front door even when it rains heavily. This is achieved through bending the glass which lies on a hidden rain gutter, so that the water is drained side wards. Weighing only 16 kg, the 1.5m door canopy is considered as light weight which facilitates the installation considerably.

We offer the product as an assembly set that allows an easy and quick installation  - even for a layman. In the case of old buildings, it is important to examine the condition of the outer walls. Usually 10 mm thick dowels are enough. When required, cavity dowels can be used.

The biggest advantage is that there is no need to drill the acrylic glass. Special stainless steel clamps ensure that the acrylic glass sheeting is safely secured to the rain gutter. This is possible through a so-called “click lock” that is built like a puzzle piece and guarantees a strong connection. Polymer have the invention patented.

Commercial Use.

Our canopies were originally designed for domestic use, but the commercial applications are endless used over loading bays, walk ways, shop fronts, office receptions, entrances etc. Canopies are self supporting so there is no need for any upright posts to support the canopy.

Standard Colour Options

Clear - the clear door canopy is in a clear glass like finish. with polished edges. The clear canopy is suitable with almost any colour building as the clear sheets do not clash with any other building design colours.

Frosted - The frosted door canopy is a obscured white style finish most suited to areas where a little more privacy may be required  from neighbouring properties.

Blue - The blue finish is a neat modern looking finish used specifically on water front developments preferred by  architects.
